no mpc commands work on anyone but tanks,even mpc call home. am I posting this in wrong forum?

So you zone into Arena of the gods. Then nothing at all happens or works? But everything works fine out of there?

could you please support arena of the gods raid x4 as it is an instance.

It is disabled in ISXEQ2, not in Ogre.
Amadeus - The zone 'Arena of the Gods' seems to be flagged as IS1 only zone, when it's an instance (not really related, but it's also a few expansions old).
