I've been using ogre bot for a few weeks now and for the most part it's been great. I'm having a problem with my tank though. I've noticed randomly in dungeons he attacks non-aggro npc's when I run by them and I didn't think much of it. Today though, I was running through freeport with my characters following him and the tank targeted a guard and started firing off CA's. Of course my bots dutifully assisted him and everyone died.
I figured this would be a good chance to troubleshoot this a bit. The guard's name is Glanald and he is near the exucutioner's plaza. I've found that disabling "auto target when hated" stops him from attacking the guard but I'd prefer not to keep that turned off. The guard definitely does not hate me. I tried setting up my dirge with the same settings.. ignore npc health, auto target hated on and it did the same thing.
Anyway, I remember once now when I started these characters my tank attacked a guard in gorowyn as well. It certainly doesn't happen often but every time it has I know the npc was definitely non aggro. I could just pause the bot in the city, but that is a bit annoying since it's needed for some mcp functions like repairing. It's also a bit of a problem when you don't want to kill non-aggro trash in a dungeon.
Appreciate any help, if there's any more info you need just let me know.
