Can Not See Mouse Icon ?

When is use ISXOGRE after i tipe in "Ogre" for the class manager screen I can not see the mouse icon to customize my class manager and especially to modified my "cast stack". I can see the mouse icon in eq2 and on my desktop just fine but when i hover over to any isxogre window it disappears and I can do anything. Any suggestions ?

In eq2 game options, there is an option to use a software mouse. You want to UNCHECK this.
