Cannot jump through stargate

Hi,

I bought stealth bot yesterday and started agent mission to earn starting isk for normal usage.
Bot accepts mission, put the route, make one or two jumps and start hanging in 0 km from gate. I see repeating message "you cannot moving while warping" and message about traffic control with timer. I run it twice and waited for several hours. And when I disable bot, I cannot rewarp or jump manually.
