charms?

with some of the new charms being usability, like the ribbon from the end of scar quest line and the final reward from the fallen swords. Now my question is how can I, or how are you guys using these in ogre? s there a way to make ogre trigger these in combat at all? its a pain going through all the chars and trying to use them manually when there in full attack mode..

Useitem tab on ogre lets you use items in inventory and items equipped.

For example the Pow charm http://u.eq2wire.com/item/index/3617693125, i just put in the named ca's so it will trigger when ever its up..
