Checking subscription

How do I check that my subscription is still active please?

Logging into EQ2 as normal today I get "Extension 'isxogre' could not be loaded".

I've not changed anything, just patched the game.

Above that there is probably an error message...

I suspect your file has been corrupted if you're getting bad image or something.

Even if your subscription had ran out, it would load and tell you that. So it's doubtful that is the issue. (Or at least the first issue).

In that case the file is probably completely missing!

Check your innerspace/extensions/ folder, do you have an ISXOgre.dll (you will have an isxogre.xml, but what about the .dll?)

I suspect you won't... If you look into your anti-virus software, it has probably moved/deleted/blocked it... Tell it that it's okay to leave alone :)

I also got this error today.

My file is in the extension folder. And I have my anti-virus set to leave it alone.

Got mine to work I copied the dll from my other comp because mine must have not updated correctly im assuming because the file size was 0.

Well, I'm at a loss to know how this happened, the files were there, but I had duplicate upon duplicate of the 'Scripts' folder, and had ended up with a messed up tree of files. I actually deleted everything, uninstalled ISX and reinstalled and it's working perfectly again.

I run Windows 8 and I suspect there was a permissions issue somewhere. 8 is even more anal about folder permissions than 7.

Thanks for the assistance Kannkor :)
