Copy an error message

I can seem to be able to highlight and paste an error message from the console. Is there a certian way to do this I have search fourms here and on ogre wiki and can't find out how to do this.

In the wiki, on the left click "Help and FAQ", 3rd line from the top reads:
HowTo: Copy from the console.

Click on it... :)
