Craft question

I have a problem where i have used this Craft feature for the first time. I didn't read anything about it. I just figure out things pretty quickly. Got it working on Adorning pretty quickly and didn't even mess with the time limit feature. The ui when activated now has now become transparent in some places and is completely unclickable aside from the top minimize big button and smaller minimize/ exit buttons.

Would anyone give me some insight on this?

Sounds like a skin issue.

Assuming you have done an SVN update, do the following:
Load craft
In the console type:
run uireset
