Crash Loading Isxeq2

I know this has been a common problem in general but I can't find anything specific on the forums to solve my problem. I have tried everything suggested in the few posts I have come across that are similar: I have uninstalled/reinstalled Innerspace and isxeq2 (several times), rebooting in between, and I continue to get an immediate crash when the game tries to load. The error report is attached, any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way, everything was working fine on Sunday but I lost my electric while playing the game and I guess something got corrupted which is why I am trying now to reinstall (electric finally came back on today- we were without electricity since Sunday- it was horrific LOL). Thanks again.

[10:59]Lax the Inner Space loader, which links up all the hooks where they need to go, is rewritten. the last time this occurred was 2009. there may be new compatibility issues. the games have been tested, but people have other programs running that may be breaking it atm

[11:03]Lax this will be more useful than the crash report window for this type of crash, because the DLL is not necessarily listed in the crash report

The suggestion is to do what Lax says above and then send him the diagnostic report.

Hi BJ. Thank you for the response! I downloaded Build 6174 and that seems to have worked. I don't use ISBoxer so what should I do in order to provide Lax with diagnostic information? Thanks!

Download ISBoxer, install it and follow his directions.

I am having a similar issue. EQ2/IS/ISBoxer crashes as it attempts to load the game windows. I posted per the instructions over on the other forum and included the crashlog and diagnostics.

Well it was posted there, it was removed for some reason... anyone have a suggestion on where to turn next?

All of the crashes are InnerSpace crashes and have nothing to do with ISXEQ2. You all need to follow the links in this thread and/or email/contact Lax at Lavishsoft (www.lavishsoft.com) to figure it out.
