crashing seconds after it loads

not sure what im doing wrong but....
ive been trying to instal on new laptop and after i start but before i can type in the info you have to do on the first use i get this :

anyone got an idea where im screwing up lol

you are running the streaming client but not giving it the needed parameters. If you want to multibox i suggest using the traditional client.

Getting Same Error message...

I'm having the same issue with Windows XP SP2, here is my profile setup which includes the parameters.

I saw in some older posts people saying you needed to download a Everquest2.exe file from somewhere? But I wasn't sure if it auto did that in the ISXEQ2.exe installer? when i run Everquest2.exe i get this error, but if I point it to Launcher.exe it doesnt error & I see inner space running..

You can use the streaming client, many do...

However, if you want to use the oldschool client, here is the link.
Legacy Patcher http://isxeq2.twonk.net/files/eq2-us.zip

unzip into your Everquest2 directory and run the file (eq2.exe). Loads the oldschool patcher.

I have instructions for both the streaming client and the traditional client:

However, as stated, it is always best to just install and use the traditional client. The streaming client was a stupid idea. I never understood why they wanted to break something that was working just fine.
