ISXVG has NO customer support. That is clearly stated in the subscription process when you acquired ISXVG.
It doesn't take a brain surgeon to logically deduce that the proper procedure for reporting a bug is to state "This is broken" with details. The reason you got flack is because you reported the bug but then started asking about when it was going to be fixed, why it needs to be fixed now, etc..etc.. That's innappropriate for this product and these forums. Why? BECAUSE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT HERE.
From the FAQ that is sticked in THIS forum:
8. What does my subscription grant me?
An ISXVG subscription grants you two things and two things only: access to the features available on the current version of ISXVG for up to three different computers within a 24 hour time period, and free downloads of new versions of ISXVG as they become available.
You didn't pay for customer service, you didn't pay for bug fixes, you didn't pay for nice people on the forums, you didn't even pay for Diplobot. You're using my product by your own free will and you get EXACTLY what you pay for. If you don't like it, then go use some other product instead.
