Eq2 Loading Differently Now

In the crashing thread I said I reloaded Inner Space.. in haste. I meant I reinstalled Inner Space.
Since the reinstall, EQ2 doesn't load the same way as before and I am wondering how to get it back.

The screen below is how the game was starting before the reinstall.

Now the game loads like the below screen shot.

If I load a single instance and select No Patch (which seems to be a newer option) I can still load like the top screen shot. However when I create a character set and select no patch it still loads via the "EQ2 Launcher" or the second screen shot.

Looks like you are using the .exe that launches the patcher instead of the .exe that bypasses the launcher. Look in your EQ2 directory. I forget which one it is, but I think you want EverQuest2.exe not EQ2.exe.

He is correct. You are pointing to EQ2.exe which is incorrect (that's the patcher). You want Everquest2.exe which is the actual game.

You can actually fix the path by editing it instead of adding new, but I don't know if there's pics of that.
