General cleanup to give better sorting for rares, remove duplicates and typos and make formatting consistent.

In standard "unified diff" format created with 'diff -rdNU 5' in Cygwin.

Feel free to use /abuse.

Can you attach these files simply as you have them rather than as 'diff'. I'll copy/paste them into my directory and then compare with SVN and commit if there's no problems. That just saves me a step, and I'd have to remember again how to use cygwin diff ..heh.
