Why are you running it? I don't think any of the scripts still use paths from this script...

run eq2pather 5 auto

or run eq2pather 5 combat

just depends on what you want to do.

!!!

DO NOT RUN EQ2PATHER EVER.

USE THE PATHING TAB IN THE GUI OF THE HARVEST SCRIPT.

I really don't know how to say this more clearly, as I've said it atleast 8x this week...

there's a pather tab now in eq2harvest go to it and it has options to add a waypoint can name them and even delete points.

Add a start point then just start walking your path clicking add how ever often you want a nav point more open areas the fewer you need. The less open the more you need.

Make your last point your finish point then click save.

couldn't be more simple.

Ya the eq2harvest GUI has EVERYTHING you need. I myself was using eq2pather and it is no supported. use the eq2harvest and click through the tabs to locate everything you will need to gather the materials wanted.

Good script. I love it and use it all the time. The one thing I would ask if possible is can you add a button labeled "Remove all" so that all of the points in a path can be taken out at once? At this time the only way I can see to remove them is to use control and select multiples and click remove. Shift doesn't even seem to work to select a mass of them. This results in having to click every point. If the way to clear the file exists and I am missing it just throw an egg at me I won't mind.

Thanks for your time.

mine shows the option to remove all paths already (pather and eq2harvestpath) and it does work as i reset a zones path 2x last night for tighter distances to remove some jerkyness of movement. I switched back to the older version so yes it works in both.

the key to press should be displayed on the screen. I think its f5 (but cant confirm as i am at work not home)

As for not using pather and the older harvest script, umm i'll pass --
*until* eq2harvest actually works for me and doesnt ignore all resources except collectables.

i tried to use eq2harvestpath and eq2harvest before i ever even touched pather. so its not a pathing file issue, I even tried redoing it all in first person, tried tons of distance options in the config files, the only effect was how far it would run to grab a collectable *chuckle*

As long as the old one works i am content to stick with it until i hear new one is stable. And i am glad to have it :>

WTF

...

Both versions decide which nodes to harvest and not harvest IN THE EXACT SAME WAY.

You've either added the xml set with the zone name and names of harvest materials or you haven't. Period, thats it, no magic, no special tweaking, that piece of code works the same today as it did 2 years ago....
