I don't understand what EQ2Press is supposed to do that we didn't have already with lock foreground.

It is there for people who cannot or do not use lock foreground and/or if EQ2 ever does anything that makes lock foreground not work any more as a solution.

I was fixing an old bug when I wrote it that I did not realize was fixed with 'lock foreground', so it's not terribly useful to most people right now.
