Any idea why I started getting this message today? Everything still seems to work, I'd just like to figure out whats causing this.

It's a lame Microsoft thing that assumes that if a file on a website hasn't been edited in over a year, then it must therefore be incorrect or an error.

It's fixed. It's just something I have to do every year with files (like the patcher's manifest) that have no reason to be updated on a regular basis.
