================ What I've Tried
OS: Win10 x64 (fully patched)
Firewall: Enabled and Disabled...no difference
Antivirus: Defender Enabled and Disabled, no difference

This issue started about a week ago, but ISXEQ2 still seems to load. ISXOGRE has the same error but does not load. I DID manage to get everything working last Wednesday after Kannkor tried to fix the issue, then I rebooted my system, but I now believe that the reboot "fix" was a coincidence.

I've tried reinstalling everything (including EQ2), disabling all antivirus and firewalls (including the one on my router). I've also confirmed that I can use IE to connect to your web site and pinged the auth server to verify connectivity. Connections on my system ALL work except for authentication from isxeq2 and isxogre as mentioned, above.

I had no problem until about a week ago, and I use Win 10 x64. I've tried running Innerspace with -32bit with no change in behavior. I've tried reinstalling my network drivers, and even tried routing all traffic via a vpn with an endpoint in the US in case it was something from my isp causing the issue. I got the same exact outcome.

Note: the only thing I can see that's been installed on my system since its started acting up is the latest KB3150513 update for windows.

Any thoughts?

Does it connect to the https://www.isxgames.com and https://auth.isxgames.com (will be a blank page) in INTERNET EXPLORER? (Not "Edge") ...also, note that I marked https ..not http

No one else has mentioned any issues, so it must be something with your system. I guess just make sure that everything from Windows Update is installed ...especially anything that mentions .NET ..also, on the forums here might be something related to .NET that needed to be installed separately on some versions of windows 10 ..but I can't recall the issue now.

I know you and I spoke of it when the reboot fixed it. I can add some debug information in to see a bit more of the response. But I haven't patched in a few weeks, so it wasn't caused by a patch.

Hit me up on IRC and I can teamviewer in to try a few things.

Solved (99% sure, anyway)
I think it was Curl, well...'features' of Curl, that were the problem. (Thanks Kannkor for letting a bit of 'nerdy' slip out.)
Symptom:
I could reach the auth.ogregaming.com server from every application, except from the extension inside innerspace. Disabling firewalls, setting up DMZ, etc. resulted in the same behavior, an (Error: 6).

Problem:
I use this machine for work, also, and we have a VPN + proxy for internet traffic. In order to use python and other cross-platform tools I have to set up a HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY environment variable. This NORMALLY has no impact on Windows software, since most windows software checks the SYSTEM proxy settings (not the environment variables). I assumed a .net program would also. (oops!)

Resolution:
  1. Add a "-" to the end of the environment variable names (E.g. HTTPS_PROXY becomes HTTPS_PROXY-)
  2. Reboot
  3. It should work now
I think I tried JUST restarting Innerspace without rebooting, but it didn't fix anything. I can't remember for certain, though, so you can try it before rebooting.

If you determine for sure that this was the issue, reply back and verify. I really need to start a thread with uncommon Problems and Fixes folks have encountered.

So I am also having this issue. Everything was working like a charm up until yesterday. ISX authorizes on some instances but not on others. Get the message to contact Amadaeus. Happens on at least 1 or 2 out of 6 instances regularly on the same PC for the past 2 days. Reloading the instance gets it to authorize about half the time.

Windows 10 x64 most recent patch.

Message on the most recent instance--
