Eve bot chainer question

If I am running the ratter in 00 space and I happen across a belt that is inside my chain threshold (I chain it) and one of the frigates on the spawn happens to be a warp jam rat. Will evebot chain the spawn and remain jammed and stuck or will evebot realize it is being warp jammed by a frigate and A. kill the frigate or B. log out to avoid being stuck in belts when blacklisted players show up?

Or will it not read the warp jam and see that it is a frigate in a chain and not kill it, if this is the case will it realize after x time that it is stuck in belt and log out because it is stuck?

There's a list in evebot that contains name's of priority spawns that it kills before others.
If scrambler is in there and your ship combat profile uses that list it will kill that frigate first.
