Everquest2.exe not recognizing (or something along those lines)

When I run ext isxeq2, my subscription gets verified and then it gives me a message saying the build I need is from Oct. 18th. So I download the Oct. 18th build, extract into my EQ2 folder, and replace the old Everquest2.exe. Start up and run ext isxeq2, get the same message. I've done this maybe 20 times. My subscription is current, I have svn updated and working (not sure if this would be a reason) and I've done everything else I can think of. Anybody have any ideas?

I suspect you are downloading the incorrect file. Double check you are getting the one dated the 18th.

Checked and re-checked and re-checked and so-on that it's the 18th of october in the repository. 100% sure I'm downloading and exporting the right one.

Are you 100% sure you put the downloaded file in the directory Innerspace launches the game from ?
Right click the Innerspace icone => configuration, just in case

Yep unzipped and everything. I just uninstalled innerspace and redid the whole process and it works just fine now. Must have missed something along the way. Doh.
