Extension 'isxeve' Could Not Be Loaded

I can't figure out what's going wrong. I'm trying to setup ISXEVE but keep getting this message.

I had the authentication popup once but after it kept giving me this message. I then re-installed everything multiple times and now the authentication popup doesn't appear anymore.

What am I doing wrong? Anyone have any suggestions?

same issue.

I even never seen authentication window. When I press "~" in game and type "ext isxeve" it gives me following message:

Extension 'isxeve' could not be loaded
