Fatal Error when loading EQ2 through innerspace

When i try to load eq2 thru innerspace i am getting the Error:

EverQuestII has detected an unrecoverable error and must shutdown.

EQ2 will run normally (without using innerspace). I have tried to reinstall innerspace, and isxeq2 and still get same error.

I have been running innerspace and ISXeq2 for many month on this machine with no problems. This issue started with the latest update.
