Force Patch 1/6

Yea this is getting old im about to give up on this game been playing since 2004 and tired of the dowtime patch updates then having to wait for the isxeq2 updates.

Bah, don't be a poor sport. Before we realized that we didn't have to update to every new exe we would have to wait every day for a new extension.

Bad thing is because they updated this morning but didn't force it (not that the old client worked anyway though), then took servers back down a 2nd time to make it forced the downtime ended up being about 5 hours. (and some servers still aren't back up)

It isn't like that happens every day though. The forced patch before this one was back in like oct or nov. In a week you will forget about all of this.

uhm wasnt it last week we had a forced patch.There in the last week or so and the one before that in dec 12-13 and one 12-8 or so... Someone has been deleting the force patch threads lately.I for one started one the other day on the force patched and it was deleted.. then that same night someone made one and it was deleted.

Just be patient! We are fortunate to have the privilage to have this extension. Having to wait a 24-48 hour period for it to be updated to the current patch is not a big deal tbh.

As far as deleting the forced patch threads, We should all know the drill by now about forced patches and the ext.

I can't speak directly for who (I assume Ama) is deleting the threads, but it makes sense once everything is up and working. If someone is having issues, you don't want them to come and see forced patch - wait for an update.... when the update is already done.

The last forced patch before this one was 2 days ago on Tuesday of this week. I remember because I was just about to do a zone, servers came down, and then boom forced patch when I tried to log back in.

I'm really hopeful we get back in business tonight. Last night of Frostfell, ending in seven hours. Because of RL issues, waited until the very last minute this year. Did the quests last night, spent a couple hours gathering tradeskill stuff, and was planning on doing hardcore crafting up until 3am. Starting to look like I'll have to do bare minimum, one of each new item, manually. Which drives me insane. Nothing I hate more than spending two hours doing the same repetitive BS over and over and over and over and over.

WoW !

I was finally able to get isx running after a complete Computer overhaul,
looking foward to some killer radar action, and we have had 2 forced in
a row..... We Luv Ya Sony:rolleyes:
