Forced Patch 2/28/12

Just wondering if I am the only one who isnt able to use isxeq2? forced patch 3 days ago and still not able to use. are we still waiting on amadeus or did I miss something?

Make sure you check the date it's asking for in the error message. Its possane if you parched later than when ama fixed it you may have another update to the exe that wasn't foced but won't work with the exe you need.

date is February 9. I logged in 5 hrs after patch with msg stating build didnt match isxeq2 ( or whatever the normal message is after a forced patch, lol.) so i immediately updated the game and now I get that I dont match to the feb 9th version, which if I am right was before the forced patch of this last week, lol.

Scroll up and make sure you're seeing the ENTIRE error message. You probably need to update .NET 4.0.

Try following my instructions from another thread today:

I am asking Lax about this; however, my guess is that he changed a requirement without making it obvious in the InnerSpace patch notes.

First, try downloading and installing http://www.microsoft.com/download/en....aspx?id=17718 and install it. After you install it, REBOOT THE COMPUTER. Then, see if it works for you without that error message.

If you still get the message, report back and I'll give you another solution while we try to figure it out.


Also, just out of curiosity, what operating system are you using? Is it a legit copy? Have you run the latest windows updates? (This is pretty much required nowadays.)
