Fury and VIM being cancelled?

I duo with a swash mainly for my fury bot... also when using the Fury script in groups with a Guard as MT, this doesnt seem to change...

VIM is constantly cancelled. It will not buff that spell, but I can manually cast it (no biggie), however within a few secs of it being on, it just auto cancells all instances of VIM...

any ideas? thanks!

Nothing special about it.

Select (ctrl-click) in the VIM select box for all the names you want the buff cast on.

Perhaps if people are running pets with same names it MIGHT cause vim to go on the wrong target and cancel, but thats a big maybe, I think it works as is regardless.

I used it last night, so I know it is working...

I don't know what VIM is but with SHD they have a parry buff. Dont recall the name :/

But if I cast this on certain group memebrs (without eq2bot loaded) then the Target (troubador) name is my own name. Were if I cast on other party memebrs (wizard) the Target name in the maintained sepll window is that wizard's name.

I hope that made sense. If I cast this buff on certain party the Maintained spell shows my name, not the target.

So... if I run eq2bot and try to buff the troubador with this spell eq2bot casts it/cancells/casts it / continuously ...

I dont know if this is the same as VIM but try it. Cast VIM on a group memebr and verify the target in maintained spell window is correct.

If im blowing hot air out of my ... anyways, just my 2 cents

I've had the same problem running any fighter script. I'll tell it to buff another fighter with the mitigation buff (sk's and paladin) and the buff that gives a chance to use the casters avoidance check per hit as well as buffing my own parry. It'll cast, cancel, recast, cancel, over and over. Can't invis or anything. I haven't found out why it does this, but it does. I don't use eq2bot for fighter classes anymore because of this. If I box my pet class and a healer, I make sure my pet class' pet name is different than the owners name. Works wonders.
