getting a code five error on setup step 3. help! :)

this is what I am getting on step three when I am trying to load up eq2 with innerspace. Anyone run into this error before? How do you go about getting around it? "Failed to execute "C:\Users\Public\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed games\Everquest 2" Windows System error Code 5

Check your game path in InnerSpace, I just checked mine and the folder is actually "C:\Users...\EverQuest II" by default, not "EverQuest 2"

I think I covered just about everything in those directions and even updated them just a few months ago.
