Heavy Perfomance lags

Eve holts for 1sec every 4 or 5 seconds while EveBot is running :/

Instead of creating a new thread I thought it might be better to just use this one. I am having this exact issue. Whenever EVEbot is running I get about a 1 second lag every 4 to 5 seconds. I am not sure why. I admit this is my first time setting up EVEbot. I followed the instructions exactly.

Is there something I can do to fix this issue?
