How can I tell if I'm "Knocked Down"?

Is there a switch to tell whether an Actor is knocked down or stunned?

This actor member would be useful for me too. A number of combat arts only work while an actor is knocked down or if it has been knocked down once during battle.

This would be hard to find without a surefire way of knocking myself down consistantly so I could find it.
