Watch out folks - I got my account cancelled the day after it renewed for 3 months - due to not being able to find a cancel option.

I emailed Amadeus about getting that fixed - or prorated. No response.

When your question here was answered A HALF HOUR after you posted, you have NOBODY TO BLAME BUT YOURSELF.

Bugger off.

Looks like you got a fast response, with in less than an hour of your post... Thats not at all bad.

According to http://www.isxgames.com/isxeq2/CancelSubscription.html (a link on the FAQ he directed you too) It shows you very easily how to cancel, and lets you know that you will have your account until your time expires.

When you cancel your EQ2 sub they don't prorate you either... What did you expect?

I typically refund anyone that would email me saying they cancelled a day too late, or anything of that nature. And, I always respond to EVERY email I get; however, sometimes people that have lame email addresses get thrown into the yahoo 'junk' folder and I never see it.

So, long-story-short, if you don't get a response back from me on email, it means that I didn't get it. And, you should either send it again, or send it from another email address. Any time you do ANY business that involves ANYTHING important -- you should always use a 'paid for' email address rather than types that often get flagged as spam by ISPs.

And, to clarify, I don't recall ever getting any email about this situation. Of course, I get a ton of email every day and no one gives their forum names..and half the time they don't give ANY info ...so it's hard to match them to people here. But, if you didn't hear back from me, it either means I didn't hear from you or my response didn't go through.

Oh ..I do remember getting an email last week about something and I responded and the email didn't go through (bounced back saying it was invalid.) Seriously ...why would people email me using bogus/spam email addresses? Use your REAL email address when you contact me...
