go to www.paypal.com and set up an account, then you should be able to sign up and use your paypal account. If you like it, then you can link your creditcard or pay however you desire.

I have already have a Paypal Account which has my Bank data. But i still muss enter a Creditcardnumber.

You're doing something wrong then. There is a drop down box, or a radio button that allows you to use a paypal account instead of a credit card. I guess it's possible something changed and this is a requirement, but I highly, highly doubt it.

Actually, I think that subscriptions with paypal do require that you have a credit card on file. So, you need to have one in order to test ISXEQ2.

I can do manual stuff for those without a credit card; however, that requires a direct payment and a long term commitment (since it requires a lot of work on my part.)

Anyway, long-story-short, if you want to use the 'trial period' aspect of ISXEQ2, you'll need to have a credit card. If you want to complain about that, you'll have to contact paypal as it is their restriction.
