I type ext isxvg into IS Concole and Computer Freezes up

It says it all, I read the post here for newby info here http://www.isxgames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=647 and followed the simple directions. When I typed in the ext isxvg the console said isxvg extensions loaded, but immediately froze up my computer, totally, I couldnt even get a response from ctrl-alt-del. So I did a hard reboot and tried it again, with the same results. Can anyone give me an idea of what I can do to fix this?

Also can anyone point me to a good how to for total newbs to us isxvg, I mainly bought it for the crafter.

What have you tried to figure out this problem?

Can you load any other IS extensions?

Are you sure you are using the in game console and not the IS console?

What does your console say when you do a "ext -list" ?

I dont know what was causing it, I got help in IRC which instructed me on how to set up isxvg to know your name and password, and it never happened again. Apparently that is where it was freezing up, I never got the prompt to enter my acct and password info.
