Idol Ogre script

I can't seem to get the tank targeting working.

I go to the pillar set campspot
In group chat type "Set up ogre idol", toons move out to areas.
then I type "ogre idol" in group chat

pull the idol toons move back and forth for rocks but tank doesn't auto target the correct named.

I read through the revision history to see how to use it but just can't seem to get the targeting part to work.

I am sure I am missing something stupid.

I'd say, 99.9% of the time, if there is anything I say that has the word "ogre" in it, it is NOT something you put into the game.

"ogre idol" is a command you put INTO THE CONSOLE. It runs a script...

There's nothing really to help with. You need to do 350k dps on this fight, or you the fight lasts too long and you die from the amount of rocks falling.

It's the same issue I had with almost that exact same group make up. You'll have to just accept that with your current gear and melee oriented group it will be more difficult for you to bot certain encounters.

Have you beatin him? And did you have your inquz go dps mode?

I have a lock almost geared and a truby in drunder HM em mix.
Lock is on assassin and trub on dirge account. Do you use an illy or coercer not sure which is better as lock seems to scream for power.

For all but a few specific fights where a big burn is called for, Coercer is far and away the superior chanter. For Idol HM, if you don't have any power issues with an illy, that can help your DPS quite a bit.

Hmmm, I feel that unless you need the power regen, Illy is a much better choice. ^_^

Well tried HM idol with my truby and lock not good at all need more gear also it seems the Illy and lock are too far apart so lock can't get the illys buffs or power regen at all.

I beat every grp zone with the inq solo healing but the Idols, although i havent tried it. But anytime is a very hard encounter i will change the conji for the mystic. Also i havent put much time on EoW HM.

It's based off an internal ID number that changes every time you zone, or log in.

It's broken up by:
Real DPS, priest1, priest2, anyone else.

It's just it seems my illy or coercer are out of range alot. Time where my ily's hot bars are dark from out of range.

Are you killing HM EoW

Is HM EoW even really doable at the moment, past the 1st boss? You'd need something like 800k dps for the 2nd named, or something nuts like that. I've not heard of anyone on the server that I'm on, beating EoW challenge yet--if someone has gotten legit kills on the stuff I'm curious to know.

IMO, it's not doable. Even with 800k I'm still not sure it's doable.

It's 11 mobs that all do AOE auto attack, and that all memwipe. While my tank can handle them (with some temps), as soon as shit starts mem wiping, without 200 AE snaps, your group / some of your group is dying.

For me, the named memwiped and in that same second he AE Auto'ed my entire group for 130k non-crit.

WTF am I suppose to do about that? lol..

Just wondering of those that have managed to kill idol HM what group and gear setups do you have.

I have a como of toons I can use

Tank
1 guardian
2 mystic
3 inquz or fury gear not great yet on fury
4 Illy or coercer
5 Dirge or truby truby only at 200 crit mit
6 assassin or warlock

I am using the generic ogre for warlock and truby

While I still can't get him down with current script! I kill him by bringing a guildy dps to replace my illy! But I find it's Easter with my inquz on the side closest to idol at start but it seems to be random what side mystic or inquz is on. Is there some way to make sure what healer is on what side of tank?

There is what u need to do is when u set them up if they are not on the side u like. /camp one aof the healers and bring him/her back and rerun the script and that should take care of it.
