Illusionist dps.

I have been trying to figure out how to make the illusionist script do dps. I can't get it to go through its cast routines at all.

I am doing like 9dps on fights where before the new "dps" fix I was doing 500 to 700 in bot mode.

Are you using the bot solo, group, or raid? What options do you have selected in the class tree?

I am using it in group setting. 4 man grp most times, fighter, healer, scout dps and illus. before the newest update to the bot I used to get about 500dps from it. now most times I sit at about 19 to 58...

Checked Cast AoE Spells
Unchecked Buff See Invisible
Checked Buff Aspect
Checked Buff Rune
Checked Buff Focus
Checked Mezz Adds
Unchecked Summon a Pet
Unchecked Initiate HO's
Checked Dps Spell Casting
Unchecked Use Sprint to lower power*

*The last option is actually uncheckable but when clicked functions as intended.


I have tried going with stuff unchecked and it just doesn't seem to be working.

I think your not assisting your MA and never entering combat.

Chances are your MA/MT settings are bad, your ignore options on tab2 are ignoring your current target, or your character config is just hosed and needs to be deleted and recreated.

I'll try the config file. I have MA/MT set to the same and other then that it seems ok.

Thanks for the pointers. I heard great things about illus dps just never saw it myself hehe

With the enhancements made to the Illy dps I went from about 300-500 to about 900 to 1000.

yeah ive never bothered parsing, but my t7 illusionist is the dps+regen (mentored) in my trio lots of times, and i think i'd notice if he was doing 9dps..

Hmmm deleted the char config and remade it. still no change. gonna try deleting the enitre thing and reload from scratch.

Thing is all other classes I play on that system seem to work fine.
