incorrect NOV 18th everquest2.exe

got the CD's in the mail today, so I installed it and tried to revert back to the Nov 18th files on http://isxeq2.twonk.net/binaries/autoupdated

downloaded the file twice and it spewed:

I am getting the same message, I accidentally patched today but it doesnt help to download the exe from yesterday... No clue what to do.

You need the one that was patched on Nov. 18, not the one that appears on the server as Nov. 18. The one that was patched actually hit the patch servers well before the 18th, that's the confusion.

Honestly, if one didn't work, I would imagine logic deduction should have led you to believe that perhaps the dates on the twonk server were off and you would have tried the ones on the 17th and 19th before posting here...

Hate to ask, but I need the correct version of the 2008-11-18 everquest2.exe file. Is there anyway it can be made available again since the original link in this thread has expired?

The one you need is on twonk just where they always are. Logic dictates that if there is not one that is dated 11.18, then it was probably downloaded early and exists on the server with a date earlier than 11.18.

Trial and error ftw -- it takes like 2 minutes to download and test them. Obviously the executable is there on that server or I would post it for everyone.
