I was just curious as to what precautions are being taken by the developers to make sure that when a new patch is out, there isn't anything new that may start to detect ISXEVE when being run (ie rootkit or other "Wardenesque" type activities). Don't need to get into details obviously, but is that being actively looked at when new patches are released, like Incursion 1.5?

Nothing. There is no reason to suspect that CCP would ever detect innerspace/isxeve. They catch people easily enough by detecting 'bot-like' behaviors through log analysis, etc.
If you afk bot, you'll eventually get caught. It won't have anything to do with the software you use.
