I'm just teasing... Long story short... there was a temp ban on anyone using mibbit, it has been removed.

Was a temporary ban of all of mibbit in hopes of stopping a vpn surfing ban evader. Lasted 10 minutes, sorry for the inconvenience!

IRC through the website seems to still not be working. I patched this morning thinking 'GU, big UI changes, it's going to be forced for sure', and now I'm not seeing anybody else post the obligatory 'Forced patch'. That makes me wonder if I patched when I didn't need to, so I thought I'd hop on IRC and passively watch what people say to see if it indeed was forced. On connection though it says this: "(Too many connections from your IP)". I can certainly tell you there's nobody else in my house that would be trying to use an IRC client in a web browser.

I'm pretty sure you're getting that message because only so many people can log on isxeq2 IRC through the website, its a forced patch day =(

You're getting that message because there is no reason you should be downloading it at this point. All you have to do is update eq2 via the station launcher then load up isxeq2. It will automatically update
