There is no public market bot.
All functionality needed to create one exists in isxeve, but you will receive no market-specific support in doing so, and the public release of market scripts is not permitted.
This is to protect the eve economy, and ourselves -- market bots piss people off, which pisses CCP off.

Read what he wrote carefully: the tools and functionality exist in ISXEVE, you just have to do it yourself and you cannot release it to the public on this site.
