Isx Eq2 Patcher

When I bring up the console and type ext ISXEQ2 it does the the subscription status check that's good then it brings up ISXEQ2 patcher to check for updates and it freezes my whole window where I have to restart the game

First, ensure that you're not using the Innerspace 'development' build:

If you're having problems loading ISXEQ2 today, go to InnerSpace -> Patcher, UNSELECT "download development patches", then exit/close innerspace completely and restart it to patch InnerSpace back to non-development build.

Otherwise, follow the instructions I gave in the other thread to which you posted.
