i updated my main pc just fine and am currently harvesting stuff. My other pc was updated the same way but get the error below when isxeq2 tries to load.

Your version of Everquest2.exe does not match this build of ISXEQ@. The version you need was the first executable patched on july 16, 2007.

I get into EQ2 using the inerspace profile and load into the game. i see the fps stuff/mem stuff. after hiting ~ i see the above error. Its like isxeq2 isnt updating to the current version or somthing.

Any idea how i can fix this?

EU / US Server issue

The new autoupdated feature is great, but there is a problem with this when running on US vs EU servers.

So when a new "autoupdated" isxeq2 is out, the server is not yet updated in EU for some hours (not sure how many 8-12h). This means i cannot run the old ISXEQ2 as it autopatches, and i cant run EQ2 with the new executable as its not yet patched on EU servers. So if i wana run EQ, i cant use isxeq2 for those evenings or switch to some characters on a US server.

So when this happen, i usualy just drop my spirit and head off to bed :)

Is there an option or possible to "delay" this autopatch on forced updates if you are on a EU server? It stores info about US vs EU server config localy.
Or somehow download the version for the correct "server zone".

Little-known patcher lore.
(for $25.99 I'll tell you where I found this documentation) :zorro:

Blocking Patches - Client Side

* Patch Blocking (Developers Note - This is important for you to avoid accidentally overwriting your own files!)

Users may block the updating of a file by creating a 0-byte file called filename.nopatch.
For example, if you have local edits to "Scripts/vgGodMode.iss", create "Scripts/vgGodMode.iss.nopatch"
