Isxeq2 not working since patch

So on my PC isxeq2 is working fine once new patch from ISX, but on my laptop its saying still wrong version I keep exiting out of innerspace and reloading it and its still not working any ideas?

Did you patch EverQuest 2 on the laptop? In other words, can you load all the way up into the game using just the EQ2 launcher?

It would also help if you copied the exact error message.
