ISXPoco - Text Messageing

Is there a way to send text messages to a cell phone with ISXPoco?
And if so does anyone have any examples to work with?

I'd have to look into isxPoco again; however, it should be possible to use it to send email. Which, with some cell phone providers, would work as a means to send an instant message.
