Level 95-100

Where do you guys level 95-100 and stay off the radar? Everyone says skyshrine but i would like to avoid contested zones with a 6 box crew...

Ossuary Constested that zone is always dead but ive went from 95-100 ez in just 20 minutes.

Does this require really good gear though? Most of the toons are in heroic/agnostic gear.

well ive only done it that way with just 1 under geared toon since its soooo dam fast in ossuary contested.. but the one your leveling keep it a bit of a distance away unless you got a good warder...

Did this get changed recently? Tried to zone in there couple nights ago said u needed to be lvl 100 to zone in.

Eddie isn't very reliable with information.

I suspect he meant the ToV contested (HH I think).

I believe you can be CoVed into Oss contested to be leveled.
