Need to reinstall

when i click on innerspace to log in it comes up with an error say unable to locate Innerspace.exe, then tells me to reinstall the application. So I try the thing is everytime I go to try to reinstall everything it ask me for a new subscripition. Where do i need to go to do this or what do I need to do

Sounds like your downloading the trial version of innerspace, if you log into the lavishsoft website, then go to your downloads you should see the full version download there.
