Neutral/Red Tracker script?

I can't program worth shit but how hard would it be to create a neutral/red tracker script? Basically the script keeps count of local reds/neutral, informs you of the red/neutrals number count when logging into the game and beeps when a new neutral or red enters system?

Trivial. The work is already done in evebot (trunk) obj_social. just put a wrapper around it so it works outside the bot. Anyone with basic LS knowledge could handle it.
