Ogre Bot Confront fear

You cast it.
For dirges, you have to specify the text to "listen" for. IE: Need a confront fear
For non-dirges, you have to specify the text when you ask. IE: need a confront fear
It's not perfect, but it's probably the best it's going to be.

Do you think if you add it to 1 toon, everyone will magically ask that toon what they should say when they need a confront fear?

A suggestion for future development would be for it to detect playernames within the request.
Example:
Tank has a macro set up for each other toon saying "/t [Dirge] Cure sickness on [Toon's Name]". The dirge would then react to the "Cure sickness on %target%" syntax and cast it on %target%. This way those of us with cluttered MCPs could simply use our not-as-filled regular in-game hotbars to ask for it without having to flip around between windows. Would also make it possible to (though somewhat dodgy considering cast times etc.) bind Announces to "crappy" rezzes and through that get (a chance of) automatic sickness curing.
That's of course if it's fairly easy to code. I'm not a coder, so I have no clue if it is. But it's an idea at least.

For probably 90-99% of all users, all you're doing, is the following:
Non-dirges
OgreBot -> Other -> Check "Request confront fear via uplink."
For dirges
OgreBot -> Dirge -> Check "Cast Confront Fear"
If you're only doing it via uplink, you don't need to type in text anywhere. If you're wanting to use it for a raid situation, then see above or read the examples in the UI.
If you're asking for something beyond what is happening... you're going to need to be much more specific.

Check for dirges in raid/group, send them direct tells rather then spam group/raid chat. no change if requesting via uplink.

I think what they were asking for (and if not, what I would like):
An inquisitor in the raid res's a raid member, and in raid chat says Ressing <Toon> - Toon NEEDS A WIPE!!!
I would like ogre to monitor for "*Target* NEEDS A WIPE", causing Confront Fear to cast on *Target*.

It would be great for OgreBot to cast something off of a /g, /tell, /raid chat. It would work for confront fear and other spells. For instance, the Dirge/Troub say "Starting a recoding" and then the defiler would be prompted to cast ROA. The uses for this are vast!

If that were possible, and people macroed it with their resses, you would get a whole lot of the bot trying to respond before the toon is rezed. Tell those lazy fucks that get res effects to request it.

Yea, if you tried to macro it based off of a 3rd party casting a res... that would be a nightmare. Half the reses don't have res effects anymore. You'd blow your CF half the time. The other half, the dead person probably would wait 10s to accept the res, so the bot would be like "he's dead, moving on".
I do plan on adding more/better support for casting off various chat triggers.
