On the fly downloading with new expansion

Saw a few posts on test about the client downloading things while playing everquest I'm wondering if this will affect isx at all. I know it maybe too early to tell or perhapse there will be an option to disable the command but always throwing stuff in the patcher and making us download it could mess isx up?
Or it could just be nothing since it won't be messing with the exe? Just thought I'd ask to see if someone might know the answer now.

It is not going to be an option. The game is going to detect assets that are out of date on the fly and update them.

However, we're primarily only concerned with the client exe, and it will not, and actually can not update that asset inline.
