Patch To Dev Question

So, I'm really excited about the auto experiment feature and wanted to test it out. So I need to patch to dev. I follow the instructions:

How to patch from Live to Development:
Load a single EQ2 session on IS1. Then in the console type:

ISXOgreatchDev

Nothing happens (at least nothing I can see in the console). I've tried also loading isxeq2 before I try the command. If I load isxogre before trying the command, it thinks I'm trying to log some unknown toon in. I've even tried typing this in ogreconsole. I'm just loading a clean "no patch" version of innerspace up (IS1) and typing the command in the innerspace console. What am I doing wrong?

You load the extension like normal. (Be via Everquest 2 default profile), or a clean no patch version then type: ext isxogre
Once ISXOgre is loaded and enabled.
THEN you type it:

ISXOgre:PatchDev

It invokes the patcher to grab the development build manifest.
