Patching Problem

I know this question must be super redundant but I am new to the community and so far everything is working fantastic but today I made a noob mistake and ran eq2 client and allowed a optional patch now ISXEQ2 is not working in game. I get the large blue pop up alerting me that it may take 4-24 hours before ISXEQ2 works. Is there anything else I can do or is it simply a waiting game

95% of the time when Daybreak patches its a waiting game. You can always check out https://www.isxgames.com/f/threads/want-to-chat-irc-is-available.9/ and hang out in IRC so you know when Amadeus updates ISXEQ2. I believe they even have a stupid twitter feed for it...

Appears there was a forced patch today? Can't launch ISXEQ2 Ogre etc get same blue box pop up

You don't have to post here every time there is a forced patch. If the box pops up, just read what it says (hint: it says to wait and try again later.)
