I see this term in the drop down target lists but I cant see it defined in the online wiki or elsewhere what exactly is PCTarget?

Your target (if a PC)
Or
Your targets target (if a PC).

There's a very few limited reasons to use it.. Best example I can think of is on a priest at a PQ. You put a heal as PCTarget, and anything you target, that needs a heal, will get it. Doesn't matter if you target a PC, or an NPC (that has a PC targeted).
