Possible To Have Ogre Rotate Buffs Or Skills All Characters Have?

Thread title states my question. I can make an mcp button that will cast it for all or 1 or 2, however I do not want to use this buff on all characters at the same time and making a button for each seems inelegant (given what ogre is capable of) and would use a lot of the button spaces.

Casting it on two characters at the same time just overwrites each other.
