Probable ID10T Error- can't get ISXEQ2 to load

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I can't for the life of me get isxeq2 to authenticate and load.

I've gone through all the steps on the granting manual permissions, but never had an ISXEQ2.xml file to delete. When the authentication screen didn't come up on my first attempted login, I attempted to input my subscription information manually, but still didn't have a .xml file to work with. I created a blank .xml and attempted to log in, I've created one with my subscription info and attempted to log in, I imported both the .xml and the .dll from my second computer (where everything is working like a charm) and have alternated the two in the \innerspace\extensions folder with no luck, I've uninstalled and reinstalled both innerspace and isxeq2 a dozen times a piece, I've tried everything with my virus scanner turned off and turned on, I've run everything as an administrator....I'm not sure what else to try to make it work

Help me, Obi-wan Kenobi. You're my only hope.

Now its got me in an authentication screen loop...but at least I'm getting the authentication box now!

If you have a working computer, then it should just be a matter of copying over the contents of the /innerspace/Extensions folder.

If you do that, then what EXACTLY happens when you try loading it? There should be information in the console window that would help us understand what's not working. Just saying "can't get it to load" doesn't really help us know what's going on.

Also, you can email me your ISXEQ2.xml file that you're trying to use with the new computer and I can see what's going on.

If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, the first thing you should do make sure that InnerSpace has the permission to write/edit files on your computer. This can be done by following these steps:
- Shutdown EQ1 and InnerSpace entirely
- Click on Vista/Windows 7 Start button.
- Go to All Programs -> Accessories, and then locate the Command Prompt menu item.
- Right click on Command Prompt.
- On the pop-up right click context menu, select Run as Administrator. A command prompt window should appear.
- Type cd "\Program Files" or cd "\Program Files (x86)" for 64bit Windows (or elsewhere on the computer if you installed InnerSpace to a non-default location)
- Type: takeown /f Innerspace /r /d y
- Type: icacls Innerspace /grant administrators:F /t
- Go to your /innerspace/Extensions/ directory and delete the file ISXEQ2.xml (if it exists)
